The mission

Bring the magic of reading to more kids.

I want Slithy's share of mining rewards to help pay for books and reading programs. Community voting on the fund's spending is planned for later. The voting rules and software still need to be built.

Slithy uses yespower for mining. Its transaction history is public.

Block rewards No premine

The network targets one block every two minutes. The starting reward is 10 SLTHY.

The split 90% miner / 10% literacy

Of that starting reward, 9 SLTHY goes to the miner and 1 to the fund. The miner also receives transaction fees.

On your computer CPU mining

You do the mining on your own computer. The official servers check and relay blocks.
